Description

Members in Atlanta serve in a variety of ways at local organizations supporting the local refugee and immigrant community. From K-12 in-school and afterschool tutoring and mentoring to adult ESOL and job readiness classes, members are hands-on in the community. Their service may be centered around small group and one-on-one tutoring and instruction in the areas of ESOL, general academic tutoring, social-emotional learning, and job readiness.

Our Atlanta site currently partners with the International Rescue Committee, Catholic Charities of Atlanta, Agape Youth and Family Center, Global Village Project, and the International Community School.
