Description

Basic Responsibilities:
Communicate the story & mission of ADSL to potential youth participants, volunteers, community partners, and funders by developing marketing materials, managing social media content, and coordinating the quarterly newsletter.
● Track and analyze the success of outreach & marketing efforts; Collect and report on program participation and demographic information.
● Evaluate the Tutoring & Academic Enrichment program and Nutrition program through survey tools, recording measured outcomes by implementing existing surveys at the end of each program session.
● Maintain and improve existing volunteer management systems; Develop and implement new volunteer engagement initiatives.

Education Requirements

High School Graduate

Desired Certifications or Qualifications

*Able to commit to full-time service in local communities with diverse residents.
*Effective communication skills to conduct community outreach through marketing strategies and civic engagement.
*Managing social media outlets, like Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
*Strong work ethic, collaboration and time management skills.
*Availability to serve in-person for some or all service activities.
