Vincentian Volunteers of Cincinnati is an 11-month-long, faith-based residential service program that provides young adults ages 21-30 an opportunity to live in faith, grow in friendship and serve in solidarity by giving deeply of themselves to their neighbors in need. VVCs live in intentional community and serve full-time in our Neyer Outreach Center, providing both direct and indirect service to our neighbors in need.

    VVCs serve full-time with the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, gaining excellent professional experience in a work placement that matches their gifts and experience with the needs of the community.

    Work in areas such as direct social services, healthcare, food pantry, charitable pharmacy, fundraising/marketing, logistics, and home visits.

    Vincentian Volunteers live in intentional community and participate in regular leadership development and personal, spiritual growth opportunities. Room and board; health and renters' insurance; monthly personal and phone stipends; an education award upon completion of service; and assistance in seeking loan deferment provided.

Vincentian Volunteers of Cincinnati

Faith. Service. Friendship. Vincentian Volunteers of Cincinnati provides young adults ages 21-30 an opportunity to grow in faith, friendship and service by working directly to respond to the needs of individuals in the Cincinnati community who struggle with basic resources such as food, clothing, medicine, rent and utilities. VVC members serve full-time with the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, gaining excellent professional experience in a work placement that matches their gifts and interests with the needs of the community, including areas such as direct social services, choice food pantry, charitable pharmacy, service learning immersion retreat programming, fundraising/marketing, and logistics and data management. Vincentian Volunteers live in intentional community and participate in regular leadership development and personal, spiritual growth opportunities. Room and board; health and renters' insurance; monthly personal and phone stipends; an education award upon completion of service; and assistance in seeking loan deferment provided.
