St. Mary’s strives to accompany people to improve their quality of life through resume and application assistance, job searches, public benefits applications, free tax preparation, and free eye exams and low-cost glasses for uninsured individuals. A volunteer is needed to serve as a center assistant and will welcome clients, provide guidance for public benefits applications and renewals, facilitate job searches and edit resumes, organize the monthly eye clinic, and assist with tax preparation.
