Description

The Community Resource Developer focuses on community partnerships, volunteer engagement, and developing resources for the community education initiative. Partnerships: -Build up existing partnerships between community organizations and Flint Community Schools (FCS)- Create new partnerships between nonprofit organizations, local businesses, social services and FCS - Create a succession packet including all information of new and existing partners Volunteers: - Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to serve with community education in FCS - Partner to develop at least one day of service event - Collaborate with other members to implement other fun, safe, quality and educational programming and activities that support students and help meet the goals of the community education initiative - Build materials and resource for the community education initiative.
