Our members receive extensive training and personalized coaching to help scholars make the greatest gains possible and to prepare our corps members for life after service.
To help provide the best experience possible for our member we offer a competitive living allowance of of $35,200, 10 personal days (in addition to a week for Thanksgiving, two weeks off for winter break, and a week for spring break) and several pipeline programs available to our second year including a teacher certification program.
