Description

HTF advocates ensure that participants gain access to benefits by utilizing a multi-pronged approach to accessing benefits. This approach includes direct representation, internal referrals, education and dissemination of information and policy advocacy.

In addition, the Economic Development Corp Member will take part in community outreach efforts designed to reach economically disadvantaged adults aged 16 or older with a special focus on Opportunity Youth, defined as individuals between the ages of 16 and 24 who are neither in school nor working, and who are challenged in maintaining safe, affordable housing.
