The Office of Civic Engagement and Volunteer Service (OCEVS) helps residents make positive change in their communities. Toward this goal, we work to reduce barriers and expand capacity for participation.

  - Bring together government leaders, community members, and volunteers
  - Help partners offer impactful service opportunities and celebrate the service community
  - Guide partners in making data-driven decisions and centering equity in their work
• Our Impact
  Our program support local, community-driven problem solving. They include:
  
  - Trainings for individuals and groups through the Civic Engagement Academy and the Volunteer Support Program.
  - National service opportunities, including the Community Resource Corps and Serve Philadelphia VISTA Corps.
  - Local service opportunities through the Mayor’s Volunteer Corps and more.
