Pawsperity provides job training and support to help struggling parents lift their children out of poverty. The VISTA member will be responsible for building the capacity to recruit, engage, and retain volunteers for a large-scale volunteer program meeting the needs of a rapidly growing organization.
Member Duties : The VISTA member will be responsible for building the capacity to recruit, engage, and retain volunteers for a large-scale volunteer program meeting the needs of a rapidly growing organization. They will have the opportunity to become familiar with and manage Volgistics, a volunteer management software, as well as develop new components for a growing volunteer program. The VISTA will attend team and organizational meetings being a valued participant in the organization.
