Pawsperity provides job training and support to help struggling parents lift their children out of poverty. The VISTA member will be responsible for building the capacity to recruit, engage, and retain volunteers for a large-scale volunteer program meeting the needs of a rapidly growing organization.

Position Outcomes
Increase the number of participants in specialized job training in a field that yields a salary of $35k-$70k. Increase access to programming and economic opportunity.
