Description
An Elementary Literacy Tutor is placed at a partner elementary school to provide reading intervention and supplemental support through tutoring for children with dyslexia and its characteristics in Kindergarten through the upper elementary grades. The Elementary Literacy Tutor will use scripted and evidence-based literacy interventions as guided by his or her coach and ReadingCorps Program Staff and will conduct diagnostic screenings and progress assessments to ensure the student is on track to read at grade level.
