Service has been something I've been passionate about for years. It started when my family and I would go to the nearby park every Sunday and hand out breakfast to those in need. Now I've volunteered with nonprofits like the Girl Scouts, Girl Power, the Memorial Healthcare System, Feeding South Florida and local libraries. When I'm helping organizations fulfill their goals, I feel like I'm fulfilling my purpose in some way. However, I always am only able to help for few months given my schedule. Being able to help for several months to a year would give me the opportunity to have the impact I've always wanted to have.
