Description
The AmeriCorps Alternative Delivery Specialist will assist GSNETX in the organization, scheduling, delivery, implementation and assessment of Girl Scout Academy programs to build courage, confidence, and character in girls in grades K-12 through in-class and after school programs in collaboration with local schools or nonprofit program partners.

Education Requirements
High School Graduate
Desired Certifications or Qualifications
•Bilingual (preferred, but not required).
•Must remain Outcomes-focused while delivering program activities to the girls to ensure their Girl Scout experience meets the objectives of the program.
•Adheres to GSNETX policies and procedures for AmeriCorps members as referenced in the member service agreement.
•Education background preferred. Girl Scout and Nonprofit experience is a plus.
•Working knowledge of best practices in nonprofit and/or education.
•Knowledge of and ability to work with adults and children ages 5 and above.
•Must be a US citizen or legal permanent resident and authorized to work in the U.S.
•Must be at least 18 years old.
•Must have a high school diploma or be willing to earn one while serving.
