Description
The VISTA member at FRC will support programs for families and establish Community Education. Support the parent education facilitator in meeting set ups, interact with community leaders to bring speakers and training events to Sterling to ensure building of the mission, promote healthy families, and provide access for families that would otherwise not receive resources/or information because of our location. The VISTA will update and utilize database to assess individual(s) and family needs. Utilize database for a detailed record system to collect data concerning needs and outcomes of referrals. Expand resource pool for program services. Assist individual(s) and families in finding services and being the point of contact as the referring agent. Identify needs in Logan County and surrounding areas which fit to the FRC mission.
