Develop and implement an active outreach plan encompassing social media, traditional media, and face to face marketing strategies to increase community awareness of Adult Literacy Council (ALC).
Refine and develop donor relation systems to increase the donor base to support mission, goals, and sustainability of ALC. Design a volunteer recruitment and retention plan and grow local advocate base
