As an Infant and Toddler Early Learning Partner, you’ll spend your days playing, singing, counting, reading, writing, and being in caring relationship with babies and toddlers. You will serve at an Early Head Start or childcare site.

Service Activities

What to Expect

- Spend your days playing, singing, reading, writing, counting, and building relationships with babies and toddlers.
- Foster asset-based, supportive, and caring relationships with caregivers of babies and toddlers.
- Respond to feedback and commit to continuous improvement through coaching, training and professional development.
- Represent Early Learning Corps at site-sponsored activities and share your experience with the wider community to help build awareness.

Position Outcomes

With great training and on-site coaching, we’ll prepare you to help build positive relationships with young children. Young children thrive on secure and caring relationships, so our Early Learning Partners serve at sites from the fall to spring.
