We are looking for a SolarCorps Equity Program Development Fellow to join our Headquarters team and to execute EID Operations efforts. This position will be remote and will work directly with the EID team and multiple departments. Through their work, the fellow will gain skills in professional relationship building, facilitation, logistics, and program management that will be transferable within any type of work. This position is an excellent opportunity to grow your human skills and to learn GRID from the inside out.

Service Activities

Work on EID related projects for GRID under the direction of the Director and Project Coordinator
Collaborate with GRID staff to work on projects and develop strong relationships.
Supporting the EID team in research, facilitating and developing curriculum for trainees, staff and external partners.
Partner in the development and administration of department goals, systems, and projects.

Lack of high-quality Equity Diversity Inclusion training materials in the solar industry
