Systems and Resources Development: Diagnose, design, and implement scalable systems for knowledge management and best practices for the Operations and/or Community Engagement teams
Strategy Analysis: Research, execute, and document best practices that increase efficiency and effectiveness of tutor and staff onboarding.
Alumni Engagement: Lead on different communications with alumni, including the development of newsletters and online engagement channels.
Marketing: Collaborate across departments to create and curate new content for the Reading Partners’ website, blog, and social media sites.
Engaging Community: Gain experience recruiting volunteers to work with Reading Partners.
