Description
The Community Resilience Fellow will serve with the Center for an Ecology-Based Economy (CEBE). You will provide ongoing assistance to towns to access additional funding for climate action, to continue to engage in the Community Resilience Partnership, and help manage climate projects once funded. Your mission includes:
• Strengthening existing climate volunteer efforts
• Establishing a new municipal climate committee
• Assist with climate resilience through regional programming and technical assistance
CEBE’s work spans renewable energy, weatherization, electrification, active transportation, EVs, green housing, and more.

Associates Degree (AA)
Desired Certifications or Qualifications
Eligible applicants will have received any higher education degree (including an associate degree) within the last 5 years and are over the age of 20.
Strong applicants will have: Excellent communication skills- written and oral; Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders; Ability to communicate CEBE’s mission and role in the community; Climate science, permaculture, or a renewable energy background helpful.
