  The Executive Director and Associate Director of ILCC provided staff leadership and, along with a representative committee composed of individuals involved in civic engagement from member institutions (College of DuPage, North Park University, Illinois State University, University of Illinois Chicago, and Adler University) actively contributed to the planning process.
