Description

Encourage, engage, and mentor teens (ages 12-18) in the Createch Studio
Help teens build digital literacy skills and provide job readiness training and one-on-one assistance
Develop workshops and programming designed to engage and teach youth
Create and strengthen partnerships with other community organizations
Help teens develop comfort and competence with diverse tools, materials, and processes, developing craft and technical proficiency
Collaborate with youth advisory groups to create appropriate youth programing
Supervise and support work study employees and volunteers
This year’s position will pilot a collaboration with the Arlington Hills Adult CTEP.
