The Campus Compact for NH Success Corps is designed to address the need for ongoing support and resources to be provided to underrepresented students as they access higher education. The problem we are trying to address is a lack of knowledge and expertise about academic preparation for college, applying to college, and accessing financial aid. Our program is designed to facilitate the development of rigorous, supportive, high-expectation learning environments for students that will promote the development of a college going culture. Attainment of higher education is an important strategy for reducing poverty and improving lives of NH citizens.
Our members will work to increase the number of students who start and complete their education program. The members will also work to improve the students overall academic engagement.
