The Outreach Coordinator (OC) will be the main point of contact for agency outreach.
The OC will provide and/or coordinate community outreach events, allowing community members an opportunity to understand the resources available through Chelan-Douglas Community Action Council and through collaborating organizations.
The OC will follow an outcome-tracking process to ensure follow-up with people, including obtaining the status of intended outcomes.

Service Activities

Learn about community resources, through the agency and throughout the region
Communicate with people (internal and external) in person, over the phone, via email and other remote options such as Zoom meetings
Coordinate and conduct planning calls/meetings with relevant individuals and organizations
Provide and coordinate all aspects of community outreach events, in person and remotely (likely via Zoom), including securing space and promoting the events, for the purpose of informing the community about community resources
Data entry

Prepare, run and present reports
Analyze data and reports, share with others
