In Washington state, about half of all students are not meeting standard in core academic subjects. Only 69.7% of students are meeting regular attendance goals, and 70.3% of 9th graders are on track for graduation. Students experiencing poverty, students with a disability status, multilingual learners, and other historically underserved groups have disproportionately lower outcomes. Our members work to address this by providing comprehensive academic support one on one and in small groups.
