The Urban Technology Project (UTP) empowers Philadelphia youth and their communities through meaningful technology experiences that link youth leadership development, education and community building. By investing in young adults and their ability to achieve, UTP instills a sense of purpose, professionalism and empowerment in them.

  Urban Technology Project is a technology pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship program in collaboration with the School District of Philadelphia and Communities in Schools of Philadelphia. We help connect Philadelphia young adults to career opportunities in the technology industry.
• Our Impact
  Urban Technology Project places an average of 15 Philadelphians from ages 17-24 in a salaried tech job position every year.
