AmeriCorps members in the NSAP program immediately gain access to this vast network of non-profits and community partners, including networking and additional professional development opportunities. The ideal candidate for this position is someone passionate about making positive change in their community, while also looking for opportunities in the non-profit and public sectors after their year of service. United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley serves as a bridge for AmeriCorps members, with nearly 200 community partners and working relationships with an array of government entities.
