  • About Us
TXACC's VISTA program places VISTA members in member clinics to carry out development projects. The individual projects carried out by our current VISTAs are diverse and based on the needs of their clinic, but all are related to resource development. These projects include development of a planned giving campaign and Legacy Society to recognize those who plan to give, the creation of a community health coalition with the clinic and other community organizations to address the most pressing health needs in the area, and the development of grant templates so the clinic can more quickly and easily apply for funding in the future.
  • Our Impact
In just five months, TXACC VISTAs have raised over $35000 in cash, over $20000 in in-kind donations, and provided services to almost 300 new individuals. The clinics will use all the resources obtained by their VISTAs to further their mission of providing quality healthcare to low-income, uninsured Texans.
