Description
Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, this position is responsible in the monitoring of the participants progress within the program; offering technical assistance and case management linkage and referrals as needed. Additionally, the case manager provides anti-stigma education to the community and individuals working with SUD prevention, treatment, and recovery participants.
