Community Need Addressed

Service year opportunities help address a wide range of community needs across the country. From fighting poverty to working with kids to responding to natural disasters — a service year is a meaningful and fulfilling way to tackle the most pressing challenges facing our nation while transforming your own life.

At the same time, awareness for a paid year of service is low and host organizations are fighting to make their voice heard. Promoting service year opportunities can also be a challenge for the organizations hosting them.
