Description

A day in the life of the Clinic Coordinator could include any of the following: volunteer,
outreach, office or language access coordinating. More specifically, these might include:
coordinating volunteers by sending emails, coordinating a volunteer training, meeting or
emailing with partner organizations/coordinating outreach, translating Honduran birth
certificates from Spanish to English, interpreting (English/Spanish) in a court hearing,
attending trainings, filing legal documents with_immigration orjuvenile courts,researching
funding possibilities for Project Ishmael (with not more than 10% of her/his time) or possibly
flexibly rearranging a planned day in order to help the LDSC mentor respond to a timesensitive
case issue by interpreting for a client meeting or organizing a case file or helping
with other administrative or office needs- as well as other volunteer, outreach, office or
language access needsthat may arise asthe Clinic Coordinator and Director work together
to grow and sustain Project Ishmael.
