Description
The Fund Development VISTA will be based at Tandem, Partners in Early Learning in San Francisco office and will be critical to ensuring that Tandem has the funding and in-kind resources it needs to scale its community capacity building work. The Fund Development VISTA will specifically be responsible for: organizing and co-facilitating volunteer engagement events for corporations and other funding groups; gathering and analyzing feedback from volunteer events and proposing recommendations for how to improve the organization’s volunteer engagement strategies; conducting follow-up from volunteer events to steward relationships with funding groups; uploading relevant volunteer data into the Salesforce database; conducting prospect research to identify new funders for community capacity-building work; enhancing volunteer and funder partnerships that facilitate our role as an early learning provider in the Bay Area; identifying target audiences for social media and promotional opportunities; and developing content for social media.
