The member will lead in creating communication strategies and identifying best practices for promotion and delivery of services. The VISTA will develop policies and evaluation tools to ensure program sustainability. Additionally, the VISTA will implement a leadership development training toolkit to help guide the CNP network on best practices for nonprofit and philanthropic organization interaction.
