Resident Educator at Nativity Preparatory School:

Nativity Preparatory School of Wilmington is a tuition-free Catholic middle school for boys. Guided by the example of Saint Francis de Sales, it strives to educate students, regardless of faith, to maximize their God given potential. Responsibilities include:
-Fulfill obligations to annual Summer Program
-Teach 3 to 4 classes per day during the school year.
-Coach/assist soccer, golf, lacrosse, or basketball team
-Supervise/proctor students during meals, homeroom, recess, field trips, Study Hall and Evening Study
-Attend and actively participate in retreat programs for the community

Enrichment Instructor at Serviam Girls Academy
Serviam Girls Academy is a tuition free private middle school with a mission of “Cultivating the potential of young women through a challenging, holistic education rooted in the Ursuline tradition.” Responsibilities include:
-Plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program
-Foster a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential.
-Create and administer subject-specific, differentiated lesson plans and assessments based upon the curriculum standards adopted by the school for the purpose of assessing and addressing student competency levels and, when necessary, develop individual learning plans.
-Collaborate with instructional staff and provide feedback to students, parents, administration regarding student progress, goals, and expectations for the purpose of improving the overall quality of student outcomes.
-Manage student behavior in alignment with the school discipline policies for the purpose of providing a safe and optimal learning environment.

ESL Instructor at Literacy Delaware:

The ESL & Literacy Instructor at Literacy Delaware will be responsible for teaching specific classes for adult learners including English to Speakers of Other Languages, Digital Literacy, and Health Literacy. Responsibilities include:
-Create integrative, learner centered lesson plans.
-Report attendance and goals each month.
-Assist with registration of learners.
-Attend in-person or webinars for skill development.
-Administrative support.
-Assist in developing and implementing new programs
