Description
Members work on teacher directed lessons with individual students and small groups and support the classroom teachers in maintaining a positive, engaging classroom environment. Members may also work with teenagers and adults at a local organization that serves the greater Atlanta refugee and asylee community through providing education, health, and job readiness resources. A member's service will be centered around small group and one-on-one tutoring and instruction in the areas of ESOL, GED prep, and general academic tutoring.
