Digital Navigator

Description

Within the Digital Harbor Foundation’s network of partner organizations, our Digital Navigators will offer personalized tutoring and guidance for skill development and application assistance through scheduled appointments and 1-on-1 individual walk-in help sessions. Appointments will be set for durations ranging from 30 to 120 minutes, while individual walk-in availability will vary from 1 to 6 hours daily at each host site location. Small group instructional sessions will last between 45 and 60 minutes. Additionally, Digital Navigators will periodically visit community events and sites to promote their services and provide support as needed.
