Description
The NHC member will support the School Health Access Collaborative (SHAC) which seeks to strengthen Chicago’s school health system in order to provide access to comprehensive, sustainable, and quality healthcare for Chicago students through coordination with schools, students and their families, and partners. Through SHAC member engagement and partnership development, outreach and communications, and program evaluation and improvement, the NHC member’s role is directly aligned with PHIMC’s mission to build the capacity of health and public health to address health inequity.
