As Program Coordinator, the position will oversee our Recycle Train and Waste-Free Event programs. The goal of the program will be to coordinate and deliver 100 waste-free events, create operation handbooks, and increase exposure to programs valley wide to improve the quality of the events and increase customer satisfaction and build capacity of volunteer recruiting and retention.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with good communication and organizational skills. This position has physical requirements such as the ability to stand for 1-5 hours, the ability to lift 25 lbs, the ability to be outside for 5 hours despite the weather. It is helpful for this member to be familiar with Dropbox, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets, Slack, and Asana.
