We pride ourselves in creating inspirational, high impact opportunities for our staff at all levels! We invest in you, in the same way you are investing in us and our programs. Over the past few years, we've had fellows and interns become staff members across our network, as a result of their incredible results. Many interns, fellows, and staff members have progressed to launching their own nonprofits or social enterprises.
Our investment in you includes extensive training and professional development opportunities, the opportunity to travel to major service events across the country, and your role in shaping our best-in-class culture (we were recognized by The Nonprofit Times from 2012-2017 as one of the “50 Best Nonprofits to Work For,” and Outside Magazine as one of the “100 Best Companies to Work For").
