Members commit to 300 hours of service (12 hours/week) as a STEM Tutor either at a high school or college and partner with their site liaison to identify and work with those students at risk of failing their STEM classes. Each Member will provide one on one or small group tutoring and keep track of student progress. Members will receive education training throughout the year and participate in community service projects.

Members may be eligible for food assistance, all Members receive the President's Volunteer Service Award (Gold Level), service hours are counted towards college service learning requirements.
