  • About Us
We work with over 370 youth-serving organizations to ensure that evidence-based practices are used and consistent, enduring relationships are formed. We assess the strengths of programs and communities, provide training and consultation to over 1,500 people annually, build programs’ skills, and advocate for policies and funding to support relationships in systemic ways.

Our program network includes schools, religious organizations, community non-profits, and workplaces serving youth 5 to 24-years-old. These institutions utilize a variety of program structures including one-to-one mentoring, group mentoring, and e-mentoring.
  • Our Impact
The work didn’t slow down at MMP during the COVID-19 crisis...it has soared. We have seen an 80% increase in the number of people attending our virtual trainings during the COVID pandemic, while requests for one-on-one technical assistance rose as well. Those attending our trainings also reported high levels of satisfaction. For example, 100% of survey respondents said they would recommend “Mental Health in the Time of COVID” to others. For each of the trainings, MMP provides a tool kit with additional resources for program partners working with young people facing unprecedented challenges. Now as we all transition to the recovery phase, we at MMP are focused on achieving an equitable recovery for young people in all regions of our state. We know that caring and supportive adult relationships foster resilience in young people, and this resilience is critical for the healing and recovery to continue.
