Description

Maggie’s Place ​provides life changing programs and services for pregnant and parenting women and their children by offering a warm and welcoming community, a safe place to live and learn, and ongoing services to help them become self-sufficient. AmeriCorps members spend a year immersed in the lives of pregnant and parenting women experiencing homelessness and now housed in a loving, caring environment at Maggie’s Place. Using a trauma-informed care approach, AmeriCorps are on the frontlines of the fight to overcome ACES (Adverse Childhood Experiences) and break the relentless cycle of poverty. AmeriCorps help transform lives through hope, love and dedication to servant leadership.

$1114 - $1114 monthly
