The Resource Navigation Assistant will engage individuals experiencing homelessness and assist them in accessing health, housing and social services. In addition, the member will assist the individuals with applying for benefits and documentations with assistance and supervision from Foundation team members.

Service Activities

Meet with guests to ensure they are on track with goals and action plans. Help guests retrieve identification and documents. Assist with facilitating successful exits. Provide individuals with information and referrals to in-house or community resources for housing, employment, health (physical, behavioral, and mental), food, transportation, etc.

Position Outcomes

Individuals will report improved skills and knowledge to successfully live independently. In addition, individuals will exit to a positive housing destination, including section 8 housing, permanent supportive housing programs, independent housing and reunification with families.


Childcare assistance if eligible, Education award upon successful completion of service, Health coverage, Living allowance, Student loan forbearance

Daily meals available at no cost to member. Health insurance – option to enroll with premium paid in full for full-time members only. Additional levels for health insurance plan options are available to full-time members at an additional cost. Professional development and training opportunities.
