L'Arche builds intentional community for those with intellectual disabilities and those without. Assistants help make our homes places of belonging and acceptance. They have tangible responsibilities like household chores, medication dispensing and personal care assistance. Equally important is their willingness to receive friendship and support from core members to form authentic relationships.
