Description
This position helps Mt. Carmel provides integrated healthcare, wellness, and community partnerships that attract business, cultural and social opportunities. The member will help Educate families in reading food labels, providing education cooking healthy meals and stretch the buying power of consumers by price comparisons, label assessment and by better understanding the needs of the community. The members could also help families in learning how to deal with aging parents, family members and/or relatives. The member would create an opportunity to partner with Salud Family Health Centers medical providers to provide opioid literature in educating clients to safely manage prescription medications, understanding side effects etc.
