Description
HCV AmeriCorps members will be providing direct service which includes: academic support, monitoring of student progress, and maintaining contact with caregivers. In addition, members actively engage with the Homewood community through HCV and partner events, community service, and by assisting with a team service project. This service is highly interpersonal and requires that members collaborate well with others. Members must be able to accommodate changing conditions and diverse points of view. Physical demands are similar to what a teacher experiences.
