Description

The CASA Development VISTA project will strengthen and grow the mission of CASA of Lexington by creating and executing components of the strategic development and recruitment plan for Court Appointed Special Advocates to serve children in Fayette, Bourbon, Woodford, Jessamine, Garrard, and Scott counties, which are currently served by CASA of Lexington. By furthering the mission of CASA of Lexington through development and recruitment work, the VISTA position is indirectly serving the underprivileged children who are involved with CASA volunteers through the court system. Through the VISTA member’s effort, CASA of Lexington will become more tied to the community with increased support and knowledge.
