Description

The goal for our 2022-23 VISTA project is to strengthen the capacity of Paducah Alliance of Neighbors to build stronger neighborhoods and provide home repair services and homeownership opportunities to low-income households in Paducah, Kentucky. The VISTA member will help develop and stabilize programs in 4 key areas: (1) develop a manual of processes and procedures for staff to use with our affordable homebuyer program; (2) help implement our affordable homebuyer program in a new focus neighborhood; (3) recruit and set up system to retain volunteers performing home repairs; and (4) create a salvaged- and donated-building-materials program.

$1250 - $1250 monthly
