Serve beside the Executive Director learning the model of Habitat and improving on the volunteer experience. Track volunteers, get feed and implement ways to increase volunteers and make their experience more rewarding. Contact and track donors and formulate a sustainable relationship with them. Improve on the database tracking system and processes already in place to make sure they are sustainable for future VISTA members.

Community Need Addressed
The Resource Development VISTA will create and maintain databases to track volunteer and donors. Increasing volunteers and donors as well as improving on their experience will assist Habitat for Humanity of Iowa increase the number of homes that are being built or repaired.
Position Outcomes
Develop a sustainable system in which we can track donors and volunteers and build upon their service and experience. Improve processes that are in place.
