Description

Members home base will be in Marshalltown Iowa. Members will be deployed the majority of their service either assisting with natural disasters that occur around the state and possibly deploy to other areas of the country. Members will much and gut int he event of flooding. Assist with mold suppression and debris removal. They will be on site after a tornado to tarp and assist with temporary home repairs for homes affected by tornadoes. Sleeping arrangements will be provided while on deployment, this may mean sleeping on a cot in a church basement with 20 other members. In the event there is no disaster where members are being called to action, members will assist Habitat affiliates across the state with home build and repairs.

$1200 - $1450 monthly

Additional Benefits

The member will be provided housing while out on deployment. Housing in Marshalltown is offered to members at a rate of $150.00 per month while serving.
