Description

Make a difference while enjoying the natural beauty and diversity of the Wasatch Front! Habitat for Humanity of Utah County has been hosting AmeriCorps members since 2004. Our AmeriCorps members have played an important role in the growth of our organization - helping us build capacity and serve more families in our service area. During a year of service with Habitat for Humanity of Utah County, the AmeriCorps member will gain insight to the inner workings of a non-profit organization and gain hands-on experience in business management, leadership, retail operations, and community development. In your off hours, ski some of the greatest snow on the earth, hike some majestic trails up beautiful Provo Canyon, enjoy the up and coming music scene in downtown Provo, or participate in one of the student centric activities that are available in our large college town. Join us today and help improve and expand our ReStore operations so we can sustain the environment and provide more affordable housing opportunities in our community. www.habitatuc.org.
